I got all the legendaries (except for mew, celebi, the regi pokemon, Kyogre, Latias, Shaymin, Arceus, and Darkrai) w/ PKRS. not sure what IV is though

Other than My red gyarados, not right now, but I'd have to play pearl again and hope i get a shiny pokemon through chain pokeradar. btu i'll see what I can do.
