Wanted: Shiny Mudkip (with requirements)

~hi, I'm hunting for a shiny mudkip for my best friend~
it needs to be FEMALE, level 1, UT, Quirky Nature, named "SPASHY" (all caps).
I don't care about IVs and EVs and Movesets, but I would prefer that they be good.
I don't have much, I have TMs and items and regular pokes...

Just say what you want and I'll try to get it.
