I am currently seeking a Shiny Scyther w/ Jolly Nature. IVs aren't that important but the higher the better. I would also like for it to be holding a Metal Coat, which I will supply.

Lolx.. For Diamond players, BlackSludge is a very rare item.. So I will rng a Scyther for that.. That includes the one you gonna give free right? XD I need time to get specific nature though..

Can you explain the Significant value of Technician compared to Swarm? Other than Technician boosts all of his attacks and Swarm just does the bug ones. I'm just curious.

Swarm only boosts when you are low on Health (less than 33%, it's just like Blaze, Torrent, etc), and only affects one of your moves. Technician boosts all moves of 60 BP or less by 50%. There is a huge difference in usefulness.

It's not quite as big a deal for Scyther (Aerial Ace appreciates the boost though), but for Scizor the boost for Bullet Punch is essential. Not to mention boosting Pursuit as well.
 
That's about what I gathered. Seems useful. What are some other good moves for the Scizor?

Oh lol, OK. Scizor has a lot of good moves, it just depends on what you want him to do. Generally you are either going to want to use Swords Dance or Choice Band Scizor. The moves are up to you, here are some of his more useful ones:

U-Turn
Bug Bite / X-Scissor
Bullet Punch
Brick Break / Superpower
Pursuit
Night Slash
Quick Attack
Roost
Swords Dance

If you want some specifics just go check out his Smogon page. I will warn you, with a Jolly nature you would probably want to modify the EV spreads that they have listed. I would try to take advantage of his speed (albeit below average at best) if possible. I generally use 0 Speed Slowzor with a lot of HP investment for bulk, but you could do a Swords Dance set that actually outspeeds some things.

Heh, I had a Shiny scyther but it was Adamant, and became my Scizor.
