I'm looking for a shiny female Togepi or Togetic, level 30 or lower
I want it to be nicknamed HOPE

What I have to offer:
Shiny Cubone (M) level 4 (chained myself)
Shiny Sirskit (F) level 20 (chained myself)
Shiny Ditto (N/A) level 29 (chained myself)
Shiny Ralts (M) level 1 (obtained via trade, fairly sure it's RNG)
Shiny Togepi (M) level 18 (chained myself)

I also have various legendaries such as phione
some of which (such as this Celebi I'm looking at) I'm 90% sure are hacked
got'em over GTS
