Wanted: Shiny Vulpix

My friend asked me to find a shiny Vulpix for her a few months ago, and she wants a Rash natured female. I managed to find one, but it was a Lax nature so she wouldn't take it.
I have an untrained Modest natured shiny Togepi (named Taki), or a Lax natured Japanese Tyrantitar for anyone who can get me a Rash natured, female, Shiny Vulpix nicknamed Silver.

The Togepi is something I caught for my older sister, so the one you'd be getting is its clone.

I could probably rng one for you. I have the pokemon to do it fairly quickly, and I want to work on a shiny vulpix for myself. If we can actually get wifi working tomorrow the vulpix can be additional payment for the cloning.
