You can see all of these in the game itself. #151 especially, you can view a book in the Pokemon Mansion and have it completed in the Pokedex. Most of the others are viewable when you beat the Elite Four and Champion.

Rotom you can get yourself for free at one of the very early Team Galagtic HQ.
