Okay so I'm almost there to completing my pokedex. All I need now are these 5 pokemon:

Slaking
Wailord
Armaldo
Lopunny
Lumineon

Can anyone help?

Ooh that sounds nice. Unfortunately they don't, as they are castoffs whilst I was looking for my own Adamant version. I do have a Brave one if you don't mind losing a bit of speed. I also have male ones so you could breed your own if needed.

As for the legendaries, they have the following natures:
Phione - Careful
Mesprit - Hasty
Regirock - Modest
Regice - Docile
Registeel - Brave
HG/SS Rayquaza - Careful
Cresselia - Mild
Palkia - Bashful

If anything at all catches your eye just let me know. I'm desperate to complete my dex now
