Wanted- Special Wobbuffet

I would like a wobuffet with these moves- counter, mirror coat, encore, and safeguard. I know u need a wynaut to do this, so ill also except that. If you train it, i'd love it if u could EV wipe it. I can offer lots of shinies, and a few events, and a variety of items.

I happen to have an exact wobbuffet just like that, was going to use it for something, but I'd gladly trade it for a shiny. Its UT, i rare candy leveled it with candies i found while using pick-up. Would you like it?
