In the case of the poliwag, this means POLITOED, as the nature suits a politoed, not a poliwrath. The chimchar will have to be called INFERNAPE.
If neither of these pokemon interest you, let me know what does. I can guarantee shininess in babies. I can guarantee nature, but I cannot guarantee IVs as I do not RNG for IVs. I get the high IV babies by using a perfect ditto and good luck.
