GEN VI: Wanted: Timid Pokemon with Synchronize (Abra, Ralts, etc.) for catching Xerneas

Hi all, after years of reading about Pokemon I finally got a 2DS and X. I'm at the point in the game just before encountering Xerneas and I'd like to catch a "good" one. Timid seems like a safe bet and having a Timid Pokemon with Synchronize would make getting the Xerneas I want a lot easier. I'm afraid I don't have anything for trade other than a few random Charmanders or Froakies that I got from Wonder Trade, but I could even give the Pokemon back after I catch Xerneas if you want.

I can easily get you one of those. I'll give it to you for free since it's very easy for me to get more synchronizers. Just let me know what time and day we should trade. Though I will be gone for most of the day tomorrow but I will be available at night around this time.

Thank you! I feel like since I only get one shot at the legendary, I want it to be a relatively strong one, so I can't progress in the game until I get the nature I want.
