I've got the parents to breed one of those (and I have one myself, but she's already EV trained for my team 
)If LostSylver and you can't work something, I could probably arrange to lend you the parents (Which, with Everstone, should breed Timid 50% of the time) if you don't mind hatching your own.
Edit: Oh, it looks like I've got a spare timid female sitting around, I must've found two while hatching my team member. She's on offer if you still require one.
