It really only needs to be flawless in Sp. Def. I need it for a breeding project if no one is willing to temporarily trade a Ninetails with 31 IVs in Special Defense.

I will return it to you as SOON as I'm finished with the breeding project! Willing to trade collateral and/or payment (we can discuss what you'd like in return).

Also, I can infect it with PKRS.
