Hello all, I know this account has been here for over a year and I have very few posts...pretty much a no body. Anyway still I am here to say good bye I am leaving the gamer society. There are several reasons. The biggest is because gaming and God don't mix. I have strived to play game with people online since I was 22 (specifically the MMO world), I have been playing games since I was 8 I am now almost 30 (in a couple months). The one thing I have learned over and over and over again is that you can't expect gamers of any kind to adhere to, accept and or to already be the same as a person that believes in the literalness of 100% of the Bible and it's morals and principle lessons. These things are foreign to gamer societies at a whole. I am sure there are others that have attempted to do what I have done by mixing the two. However whether they have figured it out already or not it just won't work. The majority of people I find online on any game or forum are atheistic in mindset, satanists (not accusing this is actually what I have ran into), or humanists. My discussions that I want to have with everyone I have played with is to talk about God. However 100% of the time it has been shut down in one way or another. So I am saying I am tired of "throwing my pearls before swine", tired of arguing and or trying to persuade, when in reality that isn't my job. My job is to share with everyone and yet not cram it. I have had the problem with with for years with the gamer community and so I am going to have to say good bye because we are so different that our moral ideas, beliefs and way of functioning in the world and the way we see principles in the world are 100% completely different. I am not saying I am cutting people off I am saying that I am not pursuing the Gamer Community anymore. I am saying good bye. However I will keep my profile open (unless the Administrators or Moderators or whoever deletes it; if this is the case I respectfully ask you to delete my having ever been on your website before all the way down to the IP address log) so that if anyone wants to talk Bible with me you can contact me and we can chat about that in private. The other reason is that I don't feel a desire to really play any mmo type games anymore, not because of the previous issue but just because I am almost 30 and it's time to wake up and smell the air and move on.
