I can't trade shineys or EVs mainly B/C the only shiny I have is the pikachu colored event pichu. I can trade a rayquaza for it. Or let me know what you want for it and I'll see if I can get my hands on it.
 
Uhh... What can you tell me about the Rayquaza? Level, nature, where did yo get it? Is it UT? Stuff like that.

I don't know it's nature but it's level 80 and I can teach it any TM it can learn that you want. I trade with my friends and I have about 5 of every TM. I got it from my emerald or sappire I can't remember.
