Need these last two to complete my Pokédex.

Willing and able to trade nearly any Pokémon, except for the above mentioned.

Even borrowing simply for the entry would be acceptable.

I think I have an extra Thunderus I could trade you and I would let you borrow my Victini. Do you have any egg move, EV trained or shiny Pokémon you can offer?
 
With the exception of Mewtwo, Carnavine, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Thunderus, Kyurem, and any unreleased event, I can offer any Pokémon.
 
Only power item is a power anklet.

Not much to go with items.

Do you have a Celebi? I have an UT Thundurus and can lend the Victini, not sure if you'd want more than that if you do have the Celebi.
