Breeding shinies with shinies doesn't increase your chances for hatching a shiny ...
You should look for a legit Japanese Ditto!
 
gen 5 isn't out yet. But yeah, shiny pokemon don't increase the chance of breeding a shiny. But ones of different languages do.
 
What part of breeding shinies doesn't increase your chances of getting a shiny don't you understand?

You just need a regular foreign Ditto.
