I really have never had a truly competitive battle and I actually only have one pokemon that's lv 100 but I'm really bored and wanting to get exposure so please post if you want to easily beat me. I'm looking for some constructive advice as well.

My team is most likely out of your league (all of my main battlers are Lv. 100, though I could subistue some for weaker ones) but which game will you be using?

i just noticed you said white, and that in that guide (heath cliff's) there is a link to smogon's gen4 EV guide, not gen5. there are a few minor differences, and this one helps you with where to EV train them also.
