So I was skimming the RPs, and took a look at the Metronome forum, which is for anything that's not an RP, like "your RP pet peeves", and such. So when I saw Rayne's thread about hosting, I thought, "Why can't the War Room have a forum like that as well?". It would be for threads like this.
It would seem too unorganized to just lump those threads into the main forum. Even if they are stickied, that would be a whole lot of stickies.
The thing is, I don't really know if it would attract the activity needed to keep it going, like what happened with The Ultimate Showdown.
