In the aftermath of a great war between the Lightclan and Frostclan, allhave been destroyed. Only 4 survivors remain: two Lightclan kits, and two Frostclan apprentices.

Two small Eevee were walking through what used to be a forest, looking for food. They both looked malnourished, as if they hadn't weaten in days. All of their food sources were gone.

"Whhy did this have to happen?" One asked to no one in particular.

"Fate." The other said bluntly.

Sorrowpaw jumped over what was left of a once huge fallen oak tree.

"Geez. This place is a dump." His sister, Jowpaw, mumbled to him.

Sorrowpaw didnt answer, and simply kept moving.
 
"Why would our be so rough?" The female, Sunkit, asked.

"Ask Arceus." The male, Duskit, replied bluntly, his soul-piercing eyes searching the area.
 
Sorrowpaw and Joypaw both crouched to the ground, their insticnts taking over.

"I heard something." They said in perfect unison.
 
Sunkit decided not to ask another questions, as her brother would only use two words maximum to answer, and he was always blunt. They continued to walk in silence.
 
Sorrowpaw turned at the sound of approaching footsteps, and springed foward with Joypaw, snarling.
 
Duskit heard it before he saw it, and sprang backward, pushing Sunkit back. "Not hostile." He said to the two Eevee, not taking a defensive stance. Sunkit just watched in fear.
 
Sorrowpaw stared, anylyzing them in his head and sniffing the air.

"Two lightclan kits. No threat." Joypaw added.
 
Sunkit relaxed, stepping forward next to Duskit. "We come in peace." She said, bowing.

Duskit nodded, giving them both his usual soul-piercing stare.
 
Joypaw beamed. "They're so cute."

Sorrowpaw didnt even flinch at Duskit. "Do you know who we are"?
 
Duskit sniffed the air. "Frostclan." He said. Sunkit shivered at this.
 
"You don't look mean." Sunkit said cheerfully. Duskit glared at her.
 
Sorropaw growled, unsheating his left paws claws and raising it.

"Sure?"

Joypaw glared at him aswell.
 
Diskit cleared his throat, stepping in front of Sunkit. "Naive." He said, trying to tell them that she doesn't know any better.
 
Close one... Duskit thought-spoke to Sunkit.

"Sorry..." Sunkit saisd to the other two.
 
They seemed caught off guard, and only managed a 'Thank you.' in response.
