Completely unrelated films, but what the heck? Why not throw them together?
The next actor to play the Punisher is...Ray Stevenson.
And, for the Watchmen roles:
Malin Akerman is supposedly playing Silk Spectre.
Matthew Goode is apparently Ozymandias.
There's also a rumor that the full cast will be officially revealed this coming weekend. We shall see.
