I have got an idea for a water based team. I don't have natures or stats yet as I want to breed all pokemon again for the team. I have ideas so far (I just need good natures and maybe held items or whatever):

Gyarados@ Damp Rock
Rain Dance
Thunder
Ice Beam
Surf

Starmie@ Shell Bell
Substatute
Ice Beam
Recover
Thunder

Emploeon@ Leftovers
Substatute
Blizzard
Grass Knot
Surf

Ludicolo@Big Root
Ability: Rain Dish
Rain Dance
Giga Drain
Drain Punch
Secret Power

Swampert@ Focus Band
Earthquake
Toxic
Endeavor
Waterfall

Relicanth@Stone Plate
Ability: Rock Head
Dive
Stone Edge
Rock Slide
Head Smash

Gyarados with sp.a moves? Pitch them for it's superior attack powers.

Starmie isn't going to do well with that move set. It won't last with the substitute. Shell bell, while nice, should be with some other pokemon. Choice Scarf or a Choice Specs will do better.

Swampert will most likely not benefit from the Focus Sash. I think it has too good of a hp/defense stat that it won't be OHKOed.

Empoleon, switch Blizzard for Ice Beam. Ice Beam has a better acuracy and won't leave you as frustrated. Blizzard might be better for doubles, but not very often.

If one pokemon is to have Dive, it should be the Ludicolo, not Relicanth. Ludicolo can really heal up in the turn it is semi-protected. I'm not sure what you are getting with giving Relicanth.

Is this a doubles team that you are making with all water?

I am at school so I don't have a super amount of time to put down EVs, IVs, and Natures. RMT forum I trust you to continue my work.

There is a lot of craziness going on in this team, and I will try to fix it. It looks like you want to do a rain dance team instead of a mono water team. Electrode is fast enough to set up the rain and explode on anything that may cause an issue. Kingdra can restart the rain and works well in it with swift swim. If you don't want to breed a HP then just go with Draco Meteor. Gyarados loves to be physcial instead of special. Relicanth with a CB and SS is a nasty little hit and run pokemon. Swampert can take the electric attacks for Gyra and set up rocks. Ludi can out stall some of your opponents pokemon with leach seed, leftovers, rain dish, and toxic.

Thanks, I am not that great at making teams. I thoght about dive for ludicolo, but it can't learn it in Gen IV. Relicanth was the only one I had that could that I thought of, because its part rock, rock moves won't do much damage and dive is just as its part water and can avoid an attack this way too. And I think stealth rock for it would be a good idea instead of rock slide.

And I thought blizzard for Emploeon as when I used it, it mostly hits, good after substatute is used. And I ut grass knot for larger pokemon like rhyperior as it does not, when I have tried, get KO'd with ice beam on first hit some times.

Yes, a rain dance team is what I was after

Um, you NEED to post each Pokemon's entire set. You can't just post moves and item, it gives absolutely no idea of the Pokemon. I can't help a team when I have no idea what the Pokemon actually do.
Put it in the following format, or at least include all this information...

Pokemon @ Hold Item
Ability/Nature
EVs
-Move 1
-Move 2
-Move 3
-Move 4

IVs aren't necessary, but make sure you have 31 Spe IVs in any Pokemon with 252 Spe EVs.
