Water pokemon

Should i post questions here?
Atm, I want to get a water pokemon because I have a certain thing against using Dialga (I already have a garchomp)
I don't have any other games, I have access to the National dex, No wireless connection.

My team is as follows

Infernape 56
Luxray 59
Honchkrow 59
Garchomp 58
Roserade 57

Any other suggestions is welcome (Sorry i don't have a detailed list atm.

No, you should post questions in the "Simple Questions" thread, seeing as that's why it's called the Simple Questions thread. Once you get your team set up with movesets, EV spreads, etc, THEN you can post a new thread.
