Watercolor pencil pic

Nyuu... I dug up some of my old watercolor pencils the other day, and I've been having a ton of fun drawing with them. ^^ It's fun to draw stuff with them and then go over it later with a thin paint brush.

Anyway, here's my pic of the day... It's an original character group from a Yugioh fanfiction that I'm writing. From left to right, we have the Healing Fairy (my made up card), Jeri, Kageru(Jeri's "yami"), and another made up card, the Fairy of Death. The shading is off, and the anatomy is weird, but I still like it. ^^

That's good! I like the characters. What I can't stand about acorels... err blades, can't spell, watercolor pencils is how they do not render smoothly. I have huge problems with it personally (reason why I avoid that one medium like the plague). I still like your drawing very much.

That's one outstanding pic, Yui! I don't know why you say the anatomy is weird, because I don't see anything wrong about it. I like the dark effect you made on Fairy of Death's hand. And the idea of putting the characters like they are standing in front of a mirror is really good. Well, Jeri is not exactly in front of the mirror, but you get the idea. ^^;;;

I'm not to critic when it comes into fanart, so I'm finding a very nice drawing. Let see, the thing I liked the most is the shading, is really neat in my opinion. Oh lord, why do I always make such short replies? I wish I could tell more things...

But seriously, nice job and I hope to see more art from you, Yui!

I'm a sucker for good-lookin' monochrome pictures. X3; The shading on this is luffly, I think. It has an... um... shounen manga feel to it (can't describe it very well, heh), which goes along with the whole style of the Yu-Gi-Oh series.

And I can't see any problems with the anatomy, either. ; The only thing I could think of is that the upper torso looked a little big for a side-view... but~! It's not a full side-view (since Jeri/Kageru are both slightly turned towards the viewer), so it looks fine for the pose. *nod* And the Fairies are cute. X3;

I don't see anything wrong, not much of a comment.. but are you left-handed? the person on the left's face is kind of off, I draw like that when I try drawing anything facing the right (I'm right handed.).
