Waterfall vs. Aqua Tail

Which do you think is the best? I'm unsure which to use on both my Feraligatr and Dragonite.

Difference is Waterfall has 80P and AT 90P, and Wf has 100% accuracy while AT has 90%. Hate when i miss, but still AT is a bit stronger. Which do you recommend?

Waterfall has a possible flinch bonus too, and the difference in power level isn't too big. I say go with Waterfall.

Use the Simple Questions thread next time. Feraligatr is best with Waterfall. Dragonite needs neither of those attacks.
