When will the UK or indeed the whole of Europe, be receiving the Event Regigigas, for I believe we are the only continent not to receive it yet.

WHY DOES NINTENDO HATE EUROPE SO MUCH???
 
yup. Nintendo hates us. They got rid of the slots on platinum. But just get one of the GTS, a foreign one will also activate the regi's (I tried)
 
You could always ask for someone to lend you the Fateful Encounter one. It's really all I got it for...
 
It's really beginning to bug me too. I mean, they were doing so well with providing Darkrai and Rotom here... Having said that, the event 'Gigas and Shaymin are meant to promote the film, right? As far as I know, said film has yet to see an Australian release, so yeah. That could have something to do with it.

You still get (as far as i'm concerned. and to hell with whiners) legit Regigigas. You had to pick it up from the mart and didn't interfer with it's stats or move pool or anything.

The Shaymin movie been out in Australia for a few weeks now (since the beginning of this month actually) and no Shaymin event has happened yet. So the movie won't be promoting the event this time.

I bought the movie a day before the release since some stores released it early that's how I know.
 
Australia and Europe unite against Nintendo!!!

Japan and North America get everything, it is so unfair. We pay for our games too, we are still customers, we should expect the same level of service, and technically, we should be entitled to have our money bag for the slots in platinum, they have removed part of the game that we payed for!

The slots removal, Max, is due to your beloved EU's dumb legislation. The events are due to a lack of wish to fund a distribution thing, since it would likely not return as much as those in the States or Japan do.
 
Nintendo hate us here in the UK.
Deal with it.
Be thankful they did that Shaymin event.

That's not true since we have had the shaymin, rotom and darkrai event in The Netherlands. Only problem is that for Darkrai you had to go to an amusement park, which you thus had to pay for, and the shaymin was in a toy store which are only a few of in the netherlands (probably a form of free marketing). So funding is NOT a problem.

And I wouldn't see why the EU has something against the slots on a pokemon game. I mean, there is even a ds game full of gambling games (dont know the name) which is for sale here. So I wouldn't see the point of allowing that and removing fake slots from a pokemon game
