Hey guys. Zoraya here, although most people call me Z. I was a huge fan of the original anime series run when I was a kid (so, back in the dawn of time, get off my lawn), but despite starting my gaming non-career at age 3 with an NES growing up in third world countries means I somehow missed the fact that Pokemon had video games. In fact, it wasn't til 2010 that someone decided to enlighten me to this fact, at which point I acquired a GameBoy emulator and started with Red and Blue. The inability to trade between ROMs and the fact that I have OCD and therefore have an unhealthy obsession with literally catching them all prompted me to go out and buy physical copies of LG, FR, SS and HG. So my first games were LG and SS. Then X and Y were announced so I went out and got Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Pearl, Plat, Black, White, B2, and W2, and pre-ordered X and Y, and eventually got ORAS when they came out (nope, wasn't kidding when I said I have OCD).

The only ones I haven't played yet are B2/W2 since I'm a post-baccalaureate pre-med student at the University of Miami here in overly-sunny Florida so I don't have as much gaming time as I used to. ^T__T^ Although the great thing about Pokemon games is that not only can I take them everywhere so I can just play while waiting for class to start, it's much easier to remember where I was in the game so I don't have to keep restarting the game when I forget where I am (*stares at eighth try at finishing Morrowind, sighs*).

Anyway, apart from taking courses at uni and obsessing over the completion of my Pokedex my hobbies are learning new languages (my first language is Spanish and I'm taking the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N5 literally next week. I'm also currently half-assing French, German, and Korean), attempting to learn how to cook so I can feed myself when I move out for medical school, and wishing someone would invent a pause button for life so I can have more hours in my day. ^<__<^;;

Hello and welcome to the forums, whenever you get the chance you should play B2/W2, it's better than B/W imo. Well have a great time here and hope to see you around.

Hey, welcome to the forums :)

Good luck in your studies and language learning and I hope you can finish your games. I know the feeling sorta, as Im trying to complete my Pokedex, but I have such a long way to go *cries*

I hope you enjoy the forums, if you need any help, feel free to ask me or another staff member.

Thanks for the welcome, guys!

@touhougirl: yeah, I'll probably get to play B2/W2 while on my trip since I'm staying with relatives who have no internet ^o__o^;; and I won't have much else to do for the couple of days that I'll still be there after the JLPT cept maybe beat my face against my neuroscience textbook. B2 sounds much more fun than blunt force injury via studying. ^<__<^;;

@Shiny Celebi: bahaha, a fellow dex-lover, cool. Maybe we can help eachother out sometime. I still need to port a bunch of pokemon forward from FR/LG/S/HG/SS/B/W and probably some of my other games so I don't really know what my current count is but maybe I have a few extras of some that you might need (I am a bit of a hoarder. If the pokebank lady were a real person she would love to charge me interest on using the bank ^<__<^;; )
