Not surprised Charizard's here (in fact, I'm kinda annoyed since he's already in Smash Bros.), but Weavile's a pleasant surprise

Weavile is in Pokken? Now that's really cool.

And of course Charizard mega evolves ito its dumb X mega, it would have been nice if it was the Y mega since Charizard Final Smash in SSB4 is its X Mega. But i guess the X mega has to be promoted some more, ugh.

Weavile looks great; a nice edition to an otherwise predictable roaster. Charizard looks a bit odd when it moves, in my opinion, since it doesn't really have a slim body like the other fighters. But maybe that's just because I'm biased?

Still, nice to see Weavile in there.

Pokken Charizard seems to excel in physical combat though, so I think X is actually the reasonable choice this time. Just look at some of those attacks, like the Dragon Claw, the full body tackles, ground stomping, etc. Y's combat style would probably be too different because of the body is completely trimmed down and airy.

Which would've made it a total fit for SSB Charizard's Final Smash. Why didn't they do it?

I knew it was coming, but like others have expressed, Weavile is a nice surprise! I certainly didn't expect that! I really hope this game gets a western release in some way. =)

Weavile's a cool cat. Charizard is expected. Sadly, this probably won't get an English release. (Or a console port, for that matter.)

People said the exact same thing about Conquest. And I think tekken has the benefit of beind released in the west (For that matter, so had BlazBlue and other Fighting games not made my Bamco that aren't as mainstream as Smash, Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat). I'm sure that Pokken will get localized if it has a console port

I love Weavile's Japanese voice! It gives it more of a cute vibe Glad to see it's in Pokken.

Is it just me or did one of the trailers end with Suicune facing off against a red, Fighting/Fire Mega Machamp?

I hope so, it would be so awesome to have Mega's debut in this game before their introduction in... whatever game is next.

It would be pretty cool, but I doubt it. Looks a lot more like Guts has activated.

That makes more sense than Mega Machamp simply becoming red-skinned lol

@BlackButtterfree; It can learn Sunny Day, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Incinerate and Fire Punch. Why does this thing learn so many Fire type moves?

We were teased about this game nearly two years ago. Although I enjoy getting new info about it, I'd be happier with a possible worldwide release date. That being said, Weavile looks just as badass as I imagined.
