Other than him, Astro Boy's hair is... unnatural. Granted, so is he, but yeah. Any girls with the Rapunzel hair (really long) struck me as odd, too.

And if game anime-hair counts, Cloud Strife and any Org13 member are kings.

I don't know, man. I don't think it's very crazy. It's brown and perfectly manageable, even if it looks like he cuts his hair with a lawnmower.

But Kirifuda Shobu from Duel Masters has silly hair. Not to mention silly eyebrows.
