For the last 2 maybe 3 days Cartoon Network has been sporadically switching to snow (Black and White fuzz that shows up usually when you dont have cable on cable stations) without sound then about a minute later switching to the colored bars then going back to whatever was on shortly after with sound again. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else who has been watching cartoon network as Im wondering if its some thing to do with my cable.

...95% chance this has to do with you and your cable connection or TV...

^^ not with the color bars... cable connection or television wouldn't cause that

No fuzz or color bars here, but I do see Cartoon Network do things other stations don't. Sometimes the station will lose color for me, it'll go black and white... this goes on for about 3 minutes (and I know it's CN only, because I channel surf after it happens to verify). That's rare though, maybe happening like once every two months. More common is a lag in video signal. The audio plays normally but the picture will freeze for about 2 seconds... this one I've seen TBS do as well, though not as commonly. I haven't encountered it on any other networks though... but in all fairness, this is a harder one to spot.

It might be your television set, but I'm not sure why it would only do that on one station.

Since this *is* mechanical/technological (televisions and cable are both technology), I'm leaving it here.

I think somebody else moved it before, probably Satoshi. The only reason why I said the TV (well, maybe in a rude way, I was in a bad mood for an unrelated reason) mainly because the TV could be set to do that when the signal quality is very low. I know if the color changes to B&W that is why as well (the signal quality is low). It could have to do with cable company, but I'd make sure that the cable-line is all the way screwed in, or screwed in straight (You can check by moving the cable and seeing if the picture gets any clearer at some point), it also could be old, but most of the time problems with that stuff in the home and not the network. Of course, you pay cable companies for TV, so I guess you should be full welcome to call them to do something about it.
