Well, we had tons (over 250!) of great applications, and it wasn't an easy process choosing which ones we would take and which ones we would turn down, but in the end, we have come up with a final list (of over 40 names still) of people who will be getting a trial period as moderator.
The invites to our new staff members have now started being sent out. You should have yours already, though there may be a few odds and ends that need sent still, especially in some of the less commonly visited forums.
If you received an invite, it's generally important to let us know - on AIM or MSN, or by private message - that you still want the job (or, in the rare case where we're offering you something a little different from what you originally applied for, that you actually are fine with that).
In the meantime, I'm pleased to announce the first 18 new staffers of the new batch, who have already accepted their new position. (Others have already accepted, but we don't want to bring everyone in at once)
