Welcome two new full mods!

Hi guys,

Welcome to two people who were moderating provisionally but are now full mods - RexRacer and $aturnYoshi.

They're both excellent people, and I speak for the entire Bulbagarden staff when I say we're looking forward to working with them. Bulbagarden has grown quite a bit in the last few months - RexRacer was a critical part of the Trade Center and the Battle Center, and $aturn has been an excellent provisional moderator in many high-traffic forum areas.

As always, if you have a question or concern about Bulbagarden, feel free to contact any moderator or administrator.
