It involved Jessie getting angry in front of James, Meowth, Ash, Brock, May and Max. I think it had something to do with her hair and/or face, but I might be wrong. It's not Zig Zag Zangoose.

This episode stood out because she was VERY angry. I somewhat remember it being about her hair being ruined, but I might be wrong.
 
But in that scene, Ash and friends weren't present like I remember.
 
I think it was Maxxed Out (Though I thought it took place in a yellowy substance like quicksand). Thanks,
