What Arceus are needed to visit Sinjoh Ruins for a 3rd time.

Hi everyone

Could I first apologise that my previous thread stating that I had been to Sinjoh Ruins for a 3rd time was made up I have only been twice.

I used my Platinum (Hall of Origin) Arceus the first time and my Movie 12 Arceus the second time

I need to get Palkia badly from Sinjoh Ruins does anyone know which Arceus is required to enter Sinjoh Ruins for a 3rd time

Also is the Pokemon Ranger 3 missin Arceus the one that is needed
 
I made it up because I wanted to be the first person to have ever been to Sinjoh Ruins 3 times
