What? Arceus is coming, and Bulbapedia didn't announce it?

I just checked Pokemon.com, and it said on the 15th of this past September that Arceus is coming soon to players of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

Until today, I've only been checking for events on the main page of Bulbapedia. However, not only did Bulbapedia not announce this upcoming event, but even on Pokemon.com and a website that it links to, I can't find information on when or where Arceus will actually be distributed.

Can someone fill me in on this? Thanks.
 
It's been like that for some time now, as far as I know (and "soon" does not mean anything, soon can be anything from two minutes to many years). Bulbanews has had an article on Arceus's revelation for US audiences, let me search it for you.

E: Pokemon.com offiically reveals Arceus on Bulbanews. As for the event, there hasn't been given any official dates yet and I find that the odds that it'd be distributed before Nov. 8, which is the date the Oak's Letter distribution ends, pretty slim, because otherwise they'd have two distributions at the same time. And, the event's probably going to debut in Japan first.

Ya, bulbanews only really reports when a) there are dates and b) it is relevant. And like Ultimate_Sephiroth said, you're gonna have to wait at least another month, if not more.
