What are some types that you want to see Champions specialize in?

I would like to see a champion that specializes in bug types, because they are usually considered weak. Maybe, they would have a lot of grass type moves to combat rock type Pokemon, or, since that there are a lot of duel type bug Pokemon, maybe they could have bug-water or bug-rock type Pokemon to combat fire and flying types. A poison or fairy type champion would also be cool though.

I'd love to see a Normal type champion. For what's usually one of the earlier simpler types, itd be a fun change of pace for the Normal type specialist to be the final challenge. And with all the double types, I'm sure they'll be enough possible challenge and variety to keep on trainer's toes. Hell, I'd even merely take a Normal type E4 member.

Also Fairy and Psychic types cuz those are my favs, and will never say no to more specialists for.

I mean….. far be it from Bulbagarden user Bugfacts to deny that a Bug Type Champion would be a dream come true…. HOWEVER!

Seeing as Champions tend to be exempt from strictly needing to be monotype specialists, I’d really, really like to see a Champion with a team themed around all the extraterrestrial Pokémon. If I’m being honest, it’s what I expected from Geeta and was a bit let down. v.v

i would really love to see a dark or ghost type champion i would make me very happy, but that is a clear case of "these are my favorite types and i have a bias."
