Trip
Alain

Tierno
Gary
Harrison

Just how strong are they please be honest
No silly remarks lol

Like can you list the strongest to weakest
And. an you write description

To me
Paul and Alain are the strongest

Well, while I can't really rank any of them without even a little bit of bias, but, I will say this; it should probably be noted that Alain is the only one of those listed trainers who Ash has not bested at least once, which thus likely indicates that he must have at least some strength over them in some way. Also, considering the fact that Trip is still just a beginner level trainer who just slightly has a strategic side when dealing with Unova region Pokémon, I'd hardly consider him a trainer who is that Strong. He lost to Ash during the very first battle at Ventress conference.

In general, the champions imported from the games including Iris and Tyson, of all the ones who defeated Ash he's the one who had better team handling in my opinion.

Companions: Misty and Clemont, while they were defeated a few times they earned my respect. May could count too.

Gym leaders: Sabrina, Clair, Norman, Fantina, Drayden, Korrina.

Strongest to weakest:

Ash
Alain and Paul tied
Gary
Sawyer
Harrison
Trip
Tierno

I believe Ash, while not a pokemon master yet, is stronger than Alain if he used his full team. Remember Ash only used his Kalos pokemon (excluding Pikachu) when facing Alain. I think Ash at his best defeats Alain with his full team.

Alain vs Paul is interesting. Alains Mega Charizard is probably stronger than anything Paul has but Paul has a lot of very strong Pokemon (Electiwire, Torterra, Drapion, Nikoking, Magmortar etc). I think Paul might be slightly stronger due to the overall depth of his team
