Making a big lunch? Having a nice home-cooked dnner? Tell us what you're making! You can even share the recipe if you want. I didn't see a topic like this, so I thought it might be fun. :>

Tonight, I'm making a Tandoori chicken recipe I got off the internets. Something kinda different to try, my family tends to make really boring food when I'm not the one cooking.

I've never actually made homemade pizza, we never have the ingredients hanging around. :< So much want.

Do you have any good recipes? :> I'd love to make some but I don't know of any recipes that I know are good.

Nothing, because yesterday...

It was lasagne though :3

Reheated some Spaghetti and Meatballs for lunch... probably going out to dinner with a friend ;D

I'll have to dig up some recipes for homemade pizza and find one to post in this here lovely forum :3

Anyway. Tonight's dinner is one of my favorite things ever. Chicken cacciatore. Awww yeah.

Salmon and tortellini for dinner!

Bought the fresh Atlantic caught salmon fillets from the store, back em with a little butter and herbs in the oven under foil. Serve with pasta and a little alfredo sauce.

Mmm, cacciatore. I haven't had that in ages. My mother makes really good cacciatore, I'll have to see if she can make some soon.

I just fixed myself a bacon and egg scramble dish for breakfast.
I always make my version of a dish I ordered at a restaurant
that I like. This one was a skillet breakfast like they make at
Denny's.

Salted caramel, made from scratch.
I'm rather happy with how it turned out, as I was new to practically everything involved. The only major issue was that I had let it cool in the fridge, meaning rather than cutting the caramel into sections, I had to hit it with a hammer like a slab of toffee.

I made stuffed potatoes today. I microwaved some potatoes, cut off the tops, then used a spoon to dig out the insides. I mashed the potato and added butter, salt and pepper, onion and ham. Then I stuffed them back into the potato skins, put cheese on top, and then I put them in the oven. They are amazing :D
