I'm a fan of the obvious one, Cyanide and Happiness. Also, I enjoy Pokémon-X, 8-Bit Theatre, Least I Could Do and Allan.

Darths and Droids and DM of the Ring.

Also Pulp Culture and Random Doom, and Pokemon-X.

Dinosaur Comics is the best. Perry Bible Fellowship is no longer active, but what exists is brilliant in its insanity and often viciousness. I love, love, love xkcd.
I tend not to like webcomics with storylines, though.

Sluggy Freelance, Shortpacked!, Qwantz, Questionable Content, xkcd, Pulp Culture, and sometimes Wondermark...pretty much...

VG Cats/Super Effective, the only webcomic I read.

Super Effective. I haven't read it in a while, but it's still a good webcomic.

xkcd is king, Dr. McNinja is second. Aside from that, I read Shortpacked, GPF, OotS, Darths and Droids, and Penny Arcade.

Super Effective (whenever it updates, lol), GG-Guys, and Pokemon Granite. I also read 8 Bit Theater in random bursts of chapters.

I've got maybe 30 comics I check every time they update, but my personal favorites would have to be The Phoenix Requiem, The Meek, Menage a 3, DMFA, No Pink Ponies!, Skin Deep, and Lackadaisy.

VGcats, definitely. Not many webcomics have succeeded to make me laugh out loud crazily like that one. xD

Its all abour Toothpaste for Dinner, Yo. Iused to read Cyanide and Happiness alot in my younger days.
