Least favorites:
1.) Saruman
2.) Denethor
3.) Grima Wormtongue

2. Grima Wormtongue
3. Sauron (I like his design, though)

I wanted to fit King Theoden somewhere in my favorites, but I think I like Gandalf just a bit more.
