I was listening to Christina Aguilera's new song Beautiful and it gave me an idea for a pokemon fic.

Beautiful

Leah Nium attends Lady Mirko's beauty school for beauticians and she is adored by everyone for her looks, unfortunately her Hinbasu is the joke of the school and she is upset by this.
Determined to be a great beautician, she decided to go on a search for the Beauty berry that could help her Hinbasu evolve into Mirkorasu, throughout the adventure she realised Beauty is only skin deep and it's inside that counts.

So what do you think of this idea?
 
I like the idea, myself. The notion that beauty is only skin deep has been presented in literary form before (most notably by 'The Beauty and the Beast' fairytale) but I like the Pokémon twist you're planning for the story. Also remember that what one person thinks is beautiful, another person may think is ugly.
 
First off: I'm in love with the video clip for that song, <grin>

Secondly, you might also want to remember the episode where Erika and her Gloom stars. If you'll note, some people find the smell disgusting, while others find it beautiful. So, in other words, some poeple find it beautiful, while others don't.

But it's a very good idea! <wants to read it now> <grins>
