I was wondering what episodes these two screencaps are from:

The top one (Kojiro Ikari ) is from DP142 the naughtiest Togepi one.
The bottom one I'm 99% sure is from DP124 when Eteboth/Ambipom goes off to become a ping pong champ.

If you want really good Kojiro scenes, then "Rocket-dan: The Origin of Love and Youth" ("Training Daze!")　is a way to go (in case if you haven't watched it arleady). Imo, it had the best drawn Kojiro ever.
