Self Explanatory

Sometimes the plots are so stupid because one or more characters could have done something to prevent this from happening like:

Sleight of Sand: Dawn could have just returned Pachirisu to it's pokeball, preventing the Hipowdon high-goose chase.

What do you think?
 
Really? I've actually found DP to be the most continuous and sensible season we've ever had.

yes, I never understood that either.

I can't actually think now, but I bet there is a few facepalm times from D/P
 
Oh gosh, most of them. But "Sleight of Sand" was probably the worst.

Im with Snake Bandage, lets list the ones that didnt include extreme amounts of character dumbness :p
 
IMO the two worst episodes of DP is that cake-making Pikachu episode with that granny from the beginning of DP, and that episode with Leona and those 3 Swinub in the hot springs.

The Darkrai Vs. Cresselia episode deserves a mention due to how ridiculous the battle was and the missed opportunity of it being good.

Outside of that, some of the other fillers range in quality but nothing too bad.

While I agree Ambi should have stayed and that they at least had to make some build up to the ping pong... I think we all have to admit the episode itself was pretty good... not that I'm trying to change your opinion, just saying that the ep itself wasn't THAT bad to be considered one of the worst - it's the build up we didn't get at all that was stupid and the fact they decided to throw Ambi away that was stupid

I kind of like -all- the episodes of Poké
Sure there are "weaker" ones and more interesting/funny ones
But nothing was so bad that I'd mention it in this thread...

About the Hippowdon ep- I'm pretty sure Dawn did try to return Pachi but it didn't work...
 
"Hot Springing a Leak!" and the recent "Leading a Stray!" were both the worst episodes in Sinnoh to date.
 
Deffintly the chingling episode witch was just plain stupid and the one with officer jenny and her chatot, that was just plain piontless kind of like in johto were they had like three episodes about lame pokemon like bellossom and politoad.

I totally agree with you. I've been quite happy with watching the DP episodes.

The only episode that I have watched that I didn't like at all, which is unusual for me since I generally enjoy the episodes a bit, was the Darkrai Vs. Cresselia episode just because it spent nearly the whole episode acting as if we would get at least a decent battle between two legendary Pokemon and we got a couple of hits instead. I also didn't like how Swinub just evolved out of nowhere in this episode, especially since Dawn didn't do much of anything with it for twenty episodes.

DP74 was a throw-back to an old plot, but the battle between Pikachu and Raichu was excellent, and shows how much more brutal and intense the battles have gotten over the years. I even watched the old LT. Surge ep right after it and the battling really has changed over the years.
 
A lot of the fillers make baby Jesus cry. The regular episodes that actually contribute to the plot are fab, but... <__<

Lisyan, Junsar and her Perap, Phione, Pachirisu in Kabarudon's mouth, Yumomi and her Urimoo, the TR disbanding filler, the Pikachu Potchama drifting chronicle, Hyota and his father...
These are episodes I'm never going back to.

The only like, good filler was Maid cafe. yup <3
