Inspired by the "Training to be a better gamer thread," this is something I'm curious about. What types of games are you good, bad or simply "meh" at?
I myself have varying ability in games. I am fairly OK at single-player in FPS's although I get absolutely slaughtered in multiplayer (usually) and online (always.) However, using the skulls in Halo 3 has improved me somewhat in that particular game, as each limitation helps me develop a new strategy.
RPG's seem to be my strong point, especially those that I take at my own pace, and usually involve stat-building. Games such as Pokemon, Fable, WoW are some of the ones of note. I am also pretty good with RTSs.
I am absolutely abysmal at sports and racing games. Gran Turismo, Fifa '07, you name it, I suck at it. Although the less realistic a game is (Novelty racers like Mario Kart or Crash Team Racing) the better I am at it.
So how do you guys fare at your favourites?
