What happened to Latias at the end of movie 4?

I was thinking she just went flying with the spirits of Latios Sr (the one that first brought water to Altomare) and Latios Jr (the one that died in the movie). That way, she would be there which would further explain that it was in fact Bianca who gave Ash the picture of him and Pikachu.

My theory on that is that those Latis are of a different family of Latios/Latias and unrelated to the main Latias in the movie. The main Latias stayed with Bianca and Lorenzo and remained a guardian of Alto Mare.
 
She spurned the advances of the Ghost King, who's actually Rayquaza (with Kyogre and Groudon in the back of his mind) in a disembodied form, and the Kyogre part of his brain sent a Shedinja, his top general, to raze Alto Mare to the ground. This is obviously canon because I saw it once in a fanfic.

Either that or she was torn to pieces by mad Pokéshippers and Palletshippers for daring to kiss a romance-blind idiot child on the cheek, since he was obviously saving that cheek for his knight in shining armor/his fateful queen.

Or maybe she had kids with her brother and all her children died due to mental disorders and France and Britain fought over who had the right to the throne of the Latis, and-

Yeah, I'll just stop here.

Edit: Oh, wait, forgot something. Nothing happened to Latias at the end of the fourth movie, on account of her not appearing in it. So in all likelihood, she was just chilling out in her city.
