What happens when....

In pokemon platinum,after you complete the Sinnoh Dex and defeat the Elite 4,you can migrate pokemon,right?Let's say that I transfer some pokemon from my firered to my platinum.then,i start a new game on my firered.what happens to the pokemon i migrated?

They're still on platinum version, nothing happens to them, and this thread becomes redundant.
