Heres a list of things I want to see in the anime, which i doubt I ever will. Most of these are just trying to put some differences in the pokemon so the old pokes can come back and not be out done. Sorry if this is too similar to some started threads I just didnt want to butt in with my own irrelevant suggestions

1) Gligar learns/knows shadow ball. Gligar needs something to seperate it from all of Ashs other pokes and what could be better than some ghost moves? Plus it finally completes Ash's list of at least one pokemon who can perform an attack of every type.

2) Some work into differentiating the fighting styles of his pokemon. Catching a fire, water, grass every year will get abit repetative so why not showcase their differences in the tournements? have cyndaquil evolve and used as more of a speedy fire type in contrast to torkoal who fights slow and defensive. Same with water use kingler as slow but powerful and buizel for speed. Then bring back totodile with his new moves list including ice fang, superpower, crunch and the torrent ability so he doesnt look so outclassed. Maybe they could have uses against specific opponents then and not just be left forgotten.

3) Corpish to come back and evolve giving ash his 1st dark type. He'll also be so overly aggressive that Ash will wonder whether he sould keep him, at worst removing a water type from the crowded pool.

4) An odd one this. An episode where Bayleefs crush for Ash gets transferred to Sceptile who isnt interested.A battle happens Bayleef evolves to protect Sceptile, Sceptile falls for her and they go off happily ever after to become sparring partners and raise a Chikorita. Only to be called upon in the same way as Charizard (though only one can come at a time because the other one has to babysit)....saves them from sitting round doin nowt.

5) Noctowl to return with Zen headbutt, Bulbasaur with double edge and Torkoal with gyro ball

Yeah i think im feeling abit nostalgic but if we arent goin to see them again couldnt we believe they are actually doin something instead of just sitting there! Sorry if this stuff has been said before. Let me know what you think.

I admittedly wanted to see Bayleef get a crush on Sceptile too so it would get over its Ash crush. I don't want them to breed or anything, but the crush aspect would have been cute.

Gligar can't learn any ghost moves, not even Shadow Claw.

Lol, Sceptile has a crush on a Magainium who dumps it and then Bayleef crushes on it and Sceptile doesn't want anything to do with it.

Are you sure Gligar cant learn shadow ball not even through TM30? Says it can on its bulbapedia article. Ive never tried it though and since we have an ice beaming buneary and a digging chimchar unusual move lists are becoming more common not less. Plus about these inconsistencies werent gligar effected by electric attacks on that episode? im sure the inconsistences are here to stay.....

OK just checked the gliscor and the shadow ball article and both seem to look more towards gligar cant learn it. I'm all disappointed now. It has no use what so ever!We have pokemon which can do everything gligar can but better already. Oh well maybe muk can learn some ghost moves instead! Train muk and ditch Gligar!

Team Rocket accidentally using a Thunder stone with Pikachu, evolveing it into a Raichu.....

I'd like to see them bring back Bulbasuar, Totadile, Torkoal, Noctowl, Muk, and possibly Primeape, cause he didn't get a lot of screen time with only a few episodes, and Ash use them for some big "Tournament of Champions" thing.

1. Max, becoming *the* main character.
2. Brock, NOT being the designated eunuch.
3. Misty, going back to the main cast.
4. Ash, being Gary's uncle. XD
5. HSOWA! *BOOM! HEADSHOT!*
6. A girl that James would reciprocate to.
7. A Nurse Joy, pursuing Brock.

I'm amazed this hasn't been filled with shippings. Maybe. Just maybe. There's hope in the world.

:0

Anyway: Brock leaving the main group for a good deal. No dumping him off at some random place (again). But fate's cruel and they'll probably end up ditching him somewhere with some random character and having nothing to do with pursuing the pokemon breeder thing.

I'd love to see the trainers from Battle Revolution represented in the anime just so we can see PUSA freak out at having to change Lapura's (Rosie's) skin color for the dub.

The battle revolution characters might not be such a bad idea on the whole (do you think they really would mess around with the skin colours again though or just leave it?) It could be good.

Old cast definatly needs a tournement reappearance (and one of them to learn a ghost move to stop it from bugging me).

Not too many more comments about a pikachu evo. A Raichu volt tackle would be cool but its voice sucks as a main character and after the sheer awesomeness of the initial shock had worn off ud be left with an irritating giant gerbil unsure of how to act. I'd like Ash to get another electric pokemon though just so pikachu could have the feeling of being upstaged. A shinx with rivalry would be ace. It could keep trying to out do the chu.lol.Never goin to happen though plus it'd go straight to oak so it'd be pointless. Pikachu needs to work for his place on the team hes getting lazy!

I'm also interested in the 5th gen, assuming it still follows Ash as the main character, wipes the slate clean entirely of Ash's travel companions.

While I really like Dawn, she's bound to be here for at least 200 episodes anyway and that will be a good run for her to go out on. Her rivals don't interest me but we know we're stuck with them for however long she lasts so we'll see the end of Zoey/Kenny when Dawn's arc is wrapped up.

Since Brock is going to leave Croagunk at Pewter anyway after D/P, his one redeeming factor is gone, and its time to finally get rid of him. I want to see a NEW sidekick, no Brock, not Tracey, a NEW male character.

Paul, on the other hand, I'd like to stay. Since Gary isn't doing Gyms anymore we know we won't be seeing him much, so there's no reason to drop Paul when he's probably the best motivation for Ash at the moment.

The problem with D/P is we got stuck with Brock again, and we got a second female girly coordinator. Essentially, most of this are aspects we've seen in the show in the past. I'd like to see a female character with a new goal and a new sidekick to make the 5th gen a truly fresh experience.

Of course cameos from old characters are always welcome, so long as its only 2 episodes each for all of them. Of course, the writers seemingly couldn't care less about Tracey or Max, so who knows if we'd even get to see them make a cameo.

Of course. Otherwise, we'd have people pulling out the racism card and accusing PUSA of changing a black character into a white character. Even though that wouldn't be the case at all.

Only one of my hopes to see in the anime but probably never will, is seeing Satoshi turning into an anti-hero, or experiences pain, anguish, and suffering mentally.

What, a long drawn-out arc not good enough?

Anyways, things that I would like to see, but not likely to get:
* A member of Dawn's team who doesn't like to dress up in a female cheerleader uni whenever cheering for Ash, but will cheer nonetheless. (Some say that Dawn has an all-female team, so a male member of Dawn's team specializing in contests would bring diversity...)
* Brock having a full team of six.
* Someone on Brock's team learns Stone Edge.
* One member of TR getting a fourth Pokémon.
* TR borrowing someone's Pokémon for a contest, wins it, and ends up stealing it (or at least attempt to). Or TR believing that they stole a Pokémon when in fact they had gotten it legitimately.
* Togetic returns, evolves into a Togekiss, and Air Slashes TR away.
* Ash abusing Close Combat on Staravia/Chimchar, and watching what happens when an otherwise survivable move knocks it out.
* Ash defeating an E4 member (Ash is winless against E4, recall).
* Some interplay between Brock and Roark, or between Flint (Brock's father, not the E4 member) and Byron.
* Brock leaves at the same time as Paul deciding to travel with Ash.
* Ash visiting Orre, and purifies one Shadow Pokémon.
* Ash having to battle Lance, Steven, or Cynthia
* Wallace's anime debut.
* Ash, Dawn, and Brock have to split up to Sinnoh's three lakes: Ash to Acuity (to battle Candace), Dawn to Verity (close to home), and Brock to Valor (where else but a resort to meet pretty girls)?
* A legendary Pokémon is captured.
* A fight breaks out among the Pokémon, and Ash and company are forced to let them fight to get it out of their system.
* Sinnoh Jigglypuff.

Oh yea sinnoh jigglypuff....
*Misty coming back
*Pikachu learn thunder punch?mega kick?
*Ash finally know what love is.(mean become smarter)
*Meowth learn some new move.
*Anime end. lol imposible going to happen.... =D
