What if a Machoke Turned on Its Trainer?

Would that Machoke be arrested for battery and assault or would they have to take it down?

No, I'm serious.
 
Personally, I think he'd be put down. There'd always be the risk he would attack again. It would be for the good of the people.
 
You're right, why didn't I think of that? Of course he'd attack again, too. Those things are prone to violence.
 
Fox would have a special on it. "World's Deadliest Pokemon Attacks"!
 
I think it depends on people's view of pokemon's self-awareness, ie whether the people of the Pokemon world think that pokemon are responsible for their actions.
 
Animal control would be called and that thing would be gone.

It would probably just be put in a pokeball that's impossible to open or something. Or a normal one and smash it afterwards. Both would be death I guess.
 
Eh, Machoke may look humanoid, but it doesn't make them human. Compare to a pet gorilla turning on it's master.

Yes, this is true. But it has a mind of its own! It could have pre-meditated the attack and if that's the case then it shows human qualities and therefore should be taken away for assault.

I think it would fled after doing such weird action. But if it did do it... there has to be something that have happened so the machoke was doing that. Everything has a reason... if not the machoke is only pure evil.
 
Pokémon are above our animals, though is arguable whether they are on the level of humans. Knowing the residents of the Pokémon World, they'd probably try to understand it.
 
It depends whether poké-peta shows up.

And by Poké-PETA, I really mean Ash Ketchum.

Lol! I didn't even catch that myself.

Thing is, I started this thread as a joke and for personal amusement. Since so many people get pissed and start arguing over the most nonsensical stuff in this "Pokemon World" section, I knew they would for something as dumb as this.

And believe me, I am amused.
