I guess the title says it all. What moment do you always remember, from any game, while you were catching a Pokémon?

To me it must be my Rayquaza from Sapphire. I had weakened it so that it was in a good catching condition. Then I threw a million different balls at it and finally caught it in a Luxury Ball. I only figured out a long time later that its catch rate is the same that Poké Ball has.

(E: Note: My chances to get on the Internet were next to none at that time. I caught Kyogre with my Master Ball, for example, thinking it's the hardest to catch in the game (similar to Lugia and Ho-Oh, the version mascots, in Gen II).)

Gee, I dunno. There've been legendaries I've spent a lot of time on, but I guess I can say the shiny zubat I got in Platinum. The first Shiny I ever saw was an Electrode in Crystal, which exploded. My cousin caught a shiny Hariyama while borrowing my Ruby. But Zubat...wait, what am I talking about?

The time I caught two shiny Mightyenas in the same route in Emerald within an hour of eachother. Crazy! I named them Noel and Liam after my favorite musicians.

on my friends silver, I caught a lv 70 ho-oh that lost about just 1/3 of it's hp without a status in a pokéball. Yeah. Try to beat that.

This morning, while being bored waiting for people to arrive at college, at managed to catch the Zapdos on Platinum with one Quick Ball :D

Definitely my random shiny Rayquaza from Sapphire. I wasn't SRing for a shiny or anything, it was just my fourth attempt at catching him, and he came up shiny. I master balled him.

I don't know, it would be mew on blue, darkrai on platinum, or my over lv.100 snorlax's on red...

In my little brother's Emerald, I caught Groudon and Kyogre in a Pokeball and a Greatball and in his Sapphire, one or two of the Regis in a Pokeball or Greatball (can't really remember; been a while)

well that quick ball still has a 4x value, were a pokéball only has a x1, but still nice :D

Not as impressive as some of the feats here, but I did once catch Mewtwo with an Ultra Ball. I'd stupidly missed the Master Ball in Ruby, and I desperately needed to trade over Fire Red's Master Ball in order to catch Latios.

At the end of Pokemon XD, I captured all seven Pokemon (four legendaries) that the big bad uses. I approached the battle with only five Pokemon slots and used a Masterball to catch Shadow Lugia. Then I only barely was able to hang in there while I captured his other six Pokemon using Shadow Lugia as a wall. 7 in a row can't help but feel epic.

In spite of being grounded (no pokemon game) I found my old old gameboy and played it for an hour then I caught mew plus mewtwo
mum never new!:-D:-D

Catching Mewtwo in Red with simply a pokeball (or seventy).

I only had like two pokemon of a higher level. It obliterated half of my party until I managed to freeze it.

Playing a new game in Crystal just for fun, finding a Shiny Pidgey on the first Route, before I could get any Poke balls.

"Mother-#@*%$!!!"

Mesprit. I had been chasing her ALL DAY! When I finally caught her, I felt like I had really accomplished something :)
