I thought soft. :O Opposite of easy is "difficult"
 
Soft came to my mind.
I would think of easy if you asked for the opposite of difficult though.

I tend to associate difficult with the other meaning, probably heard it more that way in my life.
 
When I read the thread title I couldn't even think of what the other option could be
