Sorry if this video is a bit inappropriate. I really want to know what's the background music in this video. I've been looking through playlists of Season 1's OST, but no luck. :( If anybody recognizes it and can tell me, it would be greatly appreciated.

That would be the track 1997-1998-M63 from the TV Anime Pocket Monsters Original Soundtrack Best 1997-2010 Vol. 2, released in 2011.
